Their functions overlap by design: one desk draws the system, the other ensures it leaves the building in proper condition. All work entering the department is reviewed against the same operating principles — clarity before decoration, purpose before volume, and no unnecessary meetings. Decisions are made close to the work and remain in effect until a better decision is presented in writing. This arrangement has been approved for continued use.

004 · Billing & Membership
Monthly, billed on the same date each cycle. No hidden fees, no usage-based charges, and no surprise invoices.
All major credit and debit cards. Bank transfers can be arranged for annual plans and Site Sprints. Payment is handled securely and we do not store card details.
No contract. Month-to-month. You can cancel, pause, or upgrade at any time without penalty.
Yes, at any time. Moving from Standard to Pro increases your active request slots and adds full development capability. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Yes. If your workload drops, pause and the unused days roll forward. You won't be billed during the pause period.
None. The monthly subscription covers everything.
If you're not satisfied within seven calendar days of starting your first subscription cycle, we'll issue a 75% refund. After that window, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If something has gone wrong on our end, contact us and we'll work it out.

You do. All final, approved deliverables — designs, code, and content — become your exclusive intellectual property upon full payment of the billing cycle.

Yes. If confidentiality is important, request an NDA before work begins and we'll both sign it. Without an NDA, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies.
