TheWebLoria provides web design and development services on a subscription and project basis. By engaging the department you agree to these terms.

Services. Work is delivered through a request queue as described on the Index. Delivery estimates are averages, not guarantees. Revisions are unlimited while a subscription is active.

Billing. Subscriptions bill monthly on the anniversary of signup. Pausing rolls unused days forward. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Within seven calendar days of a first cycle, a 75% refund is available; thereafter fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Ownership. Upon full payment, all final approved deliverables become the client’s exclusive intellectual property. Working files are transferred on request. Unless an NDA is in place, TheWebLoria may display completed work in its portfolio.

Liability. Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheWebLoria’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
